Paisley is doing well in her training - and of course, having a blast. She stayed with the owner of the doggy school we go to when I went on a family trip to Ireland - sort of a week long agility camp for her. I got a chance to talk with one of the girls who worked with her (she had been in one of our classes earlier, and begged to be able to work with Paisley while she was there). She was amazed at how fast Paisley is. She commented that "you just don't expect her to be that fast - border collie fast." I found that amusing - although I am glad that is the extend of her similarity with border collies. ;) And I have to admit - slower would probably make things a lot easier on me. But Paisley seemed to realize as soon as she saw her first obstacle that the object was to go as fast as possible.
